Privacy Policy

Concept AT Interior Design Limited and Concept AT Design Consultants Limited are committed to ensuring that all personal data is processed in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. In this regard, the Bureau is committed to:

1. Collect sufficient but not excessive personal data by lawful and fair means and such data must be collected only for lawful purposes related to the Company’s business;
2. Taking all reasonably practicable steps to ensure the accuracy of the information collected or retained, having regard to the purposes for which the personal data is to be used;
3. Delete personal data that is no longer required for the original purpose;
4. Unless the person concerned has explicitly agreed to change the purpose of the data, or such use is permitted by law, the Bureau will only use the personal data collected for the purpose for which the data was collected or for purposes directly related to it;
5. Take all reasonably practicable steps to protect personal data from being accessed, processed, deleted or otherwise used by unauthorized persons or accidentally accessed, processed, deleted or otherwise used;
6. Take all reasonably practicable steps to ensure that any person is informed of the types of personal data held by the Bureau and the purposes for which such data will be used; and
   Allow any person to access and correct personal data of which they are a data subject, and handle such requests for access/correction of personal data in a manner permitted or required by law.
   This Chinese Privacy Policy is a translation of the English version. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.
